This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Infinite Pod may issue refunds for its subscription services.

2. Content Time

Infinite Pod operates on a content-time based system where users purchase a specific duration of content-time. This time is consumed as you generate language learning podcasts. By purchasing content-time, you agree to the following refund terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame.
  • Service Availability: If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 168 consecutive hours) while you hold a positive balance of content-time.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same content-time purchase.
  • Unused Time: If you have a significant number of unused content-time and can demonstrate that you have not been able to use the service as intended.

4. Refunds

4.1 Content-time purchases are generally non-refundable once content generation has begun.

4.2 If you experience technical issues that prevent the proper generation of content, you may be eligible for a refund or credit of the affected content-time.

4.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4.4 Unused content-time is not automatically refunded if you decide to discontinue using our service.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us at support@jkoff.ca with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant information or screenshots that support your request

6. Refund Process

We will review all refund requests within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • For content-hours that have already been consumed by generating podcasts.
  • If the refund request is due to a change in your personal circumstances unrelated to our service.
  • For reasons not covered under the eligible circumstances outlined in Section 3.

8. Content Time Expiration

Purchased content-time does not expire and will remain in your account until used. You can purchase additional content-time at any time when your balance is running low.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
