Infinite Pod offers subscription-based services that are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to our premium service, you agree to the following refund terms.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame.
- Service Availability: If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription period.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at support@jkoff.ca with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant information or screenshots that support your request
5. Refund Process
We will review all refund requests within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- After using a substantial portion of your monthly subscription.
- For cancellation requests submitted after a new billing cycle has started.
- If the refund request is due to a change in your personal circumstances unrelated to our service.
- For reasons not covered under the eligible circumstances outlined in Section 3.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
